How to Make Chinese Scrambled Eggs With Shrimp Recipe

Take a bowl add egg yolks,white pepper,sesame oil,shaoxing wine ana whisk all the ingredients well

Add oil in a pan & heat it. Add green peas, prawns and saute it. After prawns are cooked add more oil into the pan.

Then add the egg mixture and spread it onto the surface of the pan. After the egg solidifies with a use of spatula turn it upside down and again spread the whisk mixture. Cook until the egg mixture solidifies.
