Steps To Prepare
Take a bowl add egg yolks, white pepper, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine and whisk all the ingredients well.
Add oil to a pan & heat it.
Add green peas, prawns and saute them.
After prawns are cooked, add more oil into the pan.
Then add the egg mixture and spread it onto the surface of the pan.
After the egg solidifies with the use of a spatula turn it upside down and again spread the whisked mixture. Cook until the egg mixture solidifies.
Combine the egg mixture along with the green peas and prawns and serve.
