- 1/2 pound Snow peas
- 1/2 pound Sausage
- 4-5 Garlic chopped and crushed cloves Nos
- 2 Ginger thinly shredded slices
- 2 Red hot chilies sliced Nos
- 2 piece Scallion, white part
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

How to Make Chinese Sausage With Snow Peas Recipe
STEP 01
1 wash and string ½ lb snow peas.
STEP 02
1 cut ½ lb cantonese sausage into ¼ inch slices.
STEP 03
2 heat the wok and add little oil to lubricate the wok and then add the sausage.
STEP 04
3 if using a non stick oil then no oil needs to be added. The sausage will render some fat into the wok.

4 stir fry on medium heat for 2 to3 minutes till the sausage turns translucent. Take it out of the wok.

5 add a little more oil to the same wok and 4 to 5 chopped and crushed cloves of garlic. Do not mince to avoid burning. Add 2 slices of ginger thinly shredded, 2 red hot chillies sliced, 2 pieces of the white part of the scallion and ½ lb cleaned snow peas.

6 stir fry on medium heat till the snow peas are soft and most of the snow peas get black char marks.

7 then add ¼ tsp salt, some white pepper powder and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Mix well so ensure that the vegetables absorb the seasoning.
