How to Make Chinese Pork Soup Recipe

STEP 01
Soak hylocereus undatus in water until it softens. Remove all the dirt in water.
STEP 02
Undatus can be eaten when cooked so cut into strands.
STEP 03
Wash the pork, kernels, figs and dates. Leave for later use.
STEP 04
Blanch the pork in boiling water. Bring to boil and cook for 1 more min, wash and leave for later.
STEP 05
Boil 5 liters of water and add all the ingredients in and add apricots, kernels,figs,dates and pork.
STEP 06
Stir well and cook covered on high heat.
STEP 07
Bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes then lower the heat and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.
STEP 08
After about 2 hours add salt and soup is ready to be served.
