STEP 3.Blanch the pork in boiling water. Bring to boil and cook for 1 more min, wash and leave for later.

STEP 4.Boil 5 liters of water and add all the ingredients in and add apricots, kernels,figs,dates and pork.

STEP 5.Stir well and cook covered on high heat.

STEP 6.Bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes then lower the heat and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.

STEP 7.After about 2 hours add salt and soup is ready to be served.
