Ingredients for Chinese Pork Cabbage And Noodles Recipe
200 gram Fresh noodles
2 No.s Medium potatoes
200 gram Green cabbage
250 gram Pork fillet
2 No.s Spring onion
5 gram Ginger
4 No.s Garlic Cloves
2 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
As required Salt
Directions: Chinese Pork Cabbage And Noodles Recipe
step 1
STEP 1.1 in a wok heat 2 tbsp oil, add 5 gm finely chopped ginger, 4 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 1 finely chopped spring onion and fry for a few seconds.

STEP 2.2 add 250 gm pork fillet cut into thin strips and stir fry for a few seconds.
step 3
STEP 3.3 add 1 to 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce or1 tbsp dark soy sauce and stir fry fro 2 minutes.
step 4
STEP 4.4 add 2 medium potatoes cut into thin strips and stir fry on medium heat for 3 minutes.
step 5
STEP 5.5 add 200 gm thinly cut cabbage and salt to taste and stir fry fri 2 minutes.
step 6
STEP 6.6 add 200 gm fresh noodles on top of the stir fry, cover the wok and cook for 10 minutes.
step 7
STEP 7.7 turn the heat to low half-way through the cooking.
step 8
STEP 8.8 at the end of 10 minutes, uncover the wok and mix all the ingredients .
step 9
STEP 9.9 add 1 finely chopped spring onion and serve hot.
