  • 400 gram Lean pork
  • 2 No.s Red peppers
  • 1 No.s Red Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey

Directions: Chinese Pork And Red Pepper Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a wok heat 1 tbsp oil on high heat, add 400 gm lean pork cut into bite size pieces and fry for 5 minutes till light brown.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 add 1 red onion cut into wedges, 1 tsp chinese five spice powder, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey and stir fry for 2 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 add 2 red peppers cut into bite size pieces, salt to taste and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 transfer to a serving dish.
