Ingredients for Chinese noodles Recipe

  • 0.67 Tbsp oil
  • As Required As per taste salt
  • 1.33 Tbsp long chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp long chopped cabbage
  • 0.67 Tbsp finely chopped carrots
  • 0.33 Pinches finely chopped capsicum
  • 0.67 Tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 0.67 Teaspoon grated ginger
  • 0.67 Tsp black pepper powder
  • 0.33 Tsp soya sauce
  • 0.67 Tsp red chili sauce
  • 1 Tsp Tomato Sauce
  • 0.67 Packet Noodles
  • As Required Oil
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Chinese Noodles Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil water in a pan, add salt and oil, and mix. When it comes to boiling, add noodles and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Filter it immediately and cool it by adding cold water.
  • STEP 2.Heat in kadai oil, add garlic, green chili, and ginger, fry for some time on medium flame, nd add onion.
  • STEP 3.After frying for some time, add carrots, cabbage, and capsicum, after cooking for 2 minutes, add boiled noodles and mix.
  • STEP 4.After roasting add soya sauce, chilli sauce, and tomato ketchup and mix. Add salt nd
  • STEP 5.Black pepper powder nd mix.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with sauce..
