  • As required Pork bones
  • 3 piece Ginger
  • 10 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken soup base powder

  • 110 piece Chicken boneless chopped into small g

  • 2 cup Yee mein cooked

  • STEP 1.Cut 3 to 4 oz of meat from chicken drumsticks and keep aside.

  • STEP 2.Use the chicken bones to make the broth for the soup.

step 3

  • STEP 3.First, par boil the bones in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes to remove impurities. Pork bones can also be added.

  • STEP 4.Remove the bones and rinse them.

  • STEP 5.1 fill all purpose flour in a plate. Keep ready.

  • STEP 6.2 whisk 1 egg in a bowl with a little water.keep ready

  • STEP 7.3 prepare a plate filled with panko bread crumbs. Keep ready.

  • STEP 8.4 first lightly coat both sides of each prawn by dipping in the flour and shaking off the excess.

  • STEP 9.5 next dip each prawn in the egg wash.

  • STEP 10.6 thirdly, coat each prawn in the panko bread crumbs on both sides.

  • STEP 11.7 preheat a pan on medium heat and add 3 tbsp oil.

  • STEP 12.8 add the prawns to the pan one at a time. Arrange them so that none of the prawns are overlapping on each other.

  • STEP 13.9 fry for 30 seconds on each side or till the prawns change colour to pink.

  • STEP 14.10 take the prawns out of the hot oil and place them on paper napkins to drain off the excess oil.

step 15

  • STEP 15.11 serve hot with a sweet and sour sauce or curried onions.
