  • 3 No.s Chicken Breasts
  • 18 No.s Green beans or french beans
  • 1 No.s Carrot
  • 1 No.s Red Bell Pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon White ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon White sugar
  • As required Salt

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Add 18 french beans and 1 carrot cut into strips and boil for 1m inute.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 add 1 red bell pepper deseeded and cut into strips. Boil for another30 seconds and then remove all the vegetables from the water and drain. Keep aside.

  • STEP 3.3 in a small bowl add 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp water and mix.

  • STEP 4.4 place 1 slice of chicken breast on a plate and dust both sides with plain flour.

  • STEP 5.5 at one end of the slice place 3 strips of carrot, 3 beans, 3 strips of red pepper, salt and pepper.

  • STEP 6.6 then fold and roll the chicken slice. Secure it with a cocktail stick.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 in a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and place the chicken and vegetable rolls.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 fyr on medium to low heat, turning the rolls over regularly till evenly golden on all sides.

  • STEP 9.9 then add the soy sauce mixture, cover the pan and turn the what to low.

step 10

  • STEP 10.10 cook for 5 minutes, turning the rolls over regularly.

step 11

  • STEP 11.11 then uncover the pan, turn the what to medium and cook for 1 minute.

step 12

  • STEP 12.12 transfer the roll to a serving plate, remove the cocktail sticks and serve hot.
