  • 6 ounce Beef steak
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom sliced
  • 0.33 cup Green Onions Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup

Directions: Chinese Beef Steak And Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 cut 6 oz beef steak into ¾ inch cubes.

  • STEP 2.2 transfer to a small mixing bowl and add 3 tbsp oil, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp soy sauce and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.

  • STEP 3.3 preheat the wok on medium heat and add 2 tsp of oil.

  • STEP 4.4 once the wok begins to smoke add the marinated beef into the wok. Add 1 tbsp chopped ginger garlic and stir fry till beef is well seared.

  • STEP 5.5 then ½ cup sliced onions, ½ cup sliced mushrooms, ½ tsp sesame oil and mix together.

  • STEP 6.6 add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, ¼ cup of water and mix well to combine all the ingredients. The sauce will thicken.

  • STEP 7.7 then add 2 tbsp of ketchup, ⅓ cup chopped green onion and stir together. Let the wok simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off the what.
