How to Make Chinese Asparagus And Egg Stir Fry Recipe

STEP 01

1 break 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk together.

STEP 02

2 in a wok heat 1 tbsp oil till smoking, add the whisked eggs and stir fry for 2 minutes till well scrambled. Then remove and keep aside.

STEP 03

3 in the same wok heat another1 tbsp oil, add 5 gm finely chopped ginger, 3 finely chopped cloves of garlic and stir fry for a few seconds.

STEP 04

4 then add 250 gm asparagus cut into 2 cm pieces and stir fry for 2 minutes.

STEP 05

5 add the scrambled egg back to the wok, add 1 tsp white wine vinegar and stir fry for 1 minute.

STEP 06

6 add salt to taste, stir and the transfer to a dish to serve.
