Ingredients for Chimichurri Shrimp Recipe

  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped Shallots
  • 3/4 cloves Garlic
  • 0.13 cup chopped Parsley
  • 0.13 cup chopped Cilantro
  • As required Handful Basil leaves
  • 0.06 cup chopped Oregano
  • 3/4-1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sherry vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 112.50 gram raw shrimp
  • 3/4 tablespoon olive oil
  • As required Salt
  • As required Freshly Cracked Pepper

Directions: Chimichurri Shrimp Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 grind some shallots,garlic,parsley, cilantro, basil, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice, sherry vinegar, red pepper flakes and pepper in a blender and add salt to it.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 add 3 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to your shrimp and mix it well.

step 3

  • STEP 3.1 heat a pan and add seasoned shrimp to it.

step 4

  • STEP 4.2 saute it on medium heat until it turns pink.

step 5

  • STEP 5.3 serve with the prepared chimichurri sauce and top with salt, pepper and mint leaves.
