  • 1/2 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1.50 Large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 Long green chilli, seeds removed, chopped, plus extra sliced to serve
  • 200 gram 2 x cans chopped tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup Massel chicken style liquid stock
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1/2 Zest and juice of small lime, plus wedges to serve
  • 1/2 stalk Lemongrass, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Kaffir lime leaf, finely shredded
  • 1.50 Spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind paste
  • 0.13 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/4 bunch Coriander, leaves finely chopped, plus extra leaves to serve
  • 1/2 kilogram Green prawns, peeled, deveined
