Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the soybeans in water for 4-5 hours and then boil them until tender.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and green chilies. Cook until they are slightly softened.
  • STEP 4.In a bowl, mix soy sauce, red chili paste, tomato ketchup, and cornstarch with water to make a sauce.
  • STEP 5.Add the sauce to the pan and cook until it thickens.
  • STEP 6.Add the boiled soybeans to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.

  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less red chili paste.
