  • 3/4 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1/2 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1/4 inch Ginger, Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chili Sauce

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, soak the soya nuggets in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and squeeze out the excess moisture from the nuggets.
  • STEP 3.In a separate bowl, mix together cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, pepper, and water to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 4.Dip the nuggets in the batter and deep-fry them until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.In a pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped onions and bell peppers and cook until they are slightly softened.
  • STEP 7.Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and chili sauce. Mix well.
  • STEP 8.Add the fried soya nuggets to the sauce and toss until they are well coated.
