Ingredients for chilli potato Recipe

  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/4 tbsp Vinegar-
  • 0-1/4 nos Potatoes- medium size
  • 3/4 tbsp Cornflour-
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder-
  • As required salt to taste
  • 0-1/4 tbsp oil-
  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic-
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger-
  • 1/2 tbsp spring onion-
  • 0-1/4 tbsp red chilli sauce-
  • 1/4 tbsp Schezwan Sauce-
  • 0-1/4 tbsp Tomato ketchup-
  • 1/4 tbsp soy sauce-
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder-
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/2 nos Onion- medium size
  • 1/4 nos Capsicum- medium size
  • 1/4 tbsp Honey-
  • As required Some spring onion and sesame seeds in the end!

Directions: Chilli Potato Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boiling water
  • STEP 2.Boil the potatoes for about 6-7 minutes!
  • STEP 3.Strain them and then add 2-3 Tbsp oil and afterwards transfer them into a bowl!
  • STEP 4.Oil for frying the coated potatoes! Fry them on medium flame until they are super crispy.
  • STEP 5.Now, in a kadhai
  • STEP 6.For slurry- 1 Tbsp cornflour + water as required
  • STEP 7.Some spring onion and sesame seeds in the end!
