Ingredients for Chilli Pork Recipe

  • 1 kilogram pork belly or shoulder
  • 20 gram ginger chopped
  • 10 gram garlic sliced
  • 300 gram Onions
  • 25 gram green chillies
  • 60 gram tomatoes diced
  • 20 gram vegetable oil
  • 2 piece 3 star anise
  • 25 gram Soy Sauce
  • 23 gram Salt

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Cut the onions into squares and separate the layers.
  • STEP 2.Pressure cook the pork on low heat with onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies, star anise, salt and water for 45 mins.
  • STEP 3.Cut the cooked pork into small pieces.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add star anise, sliced pork and green chilies, onions, tomatoes, salt and soy sauce, cook and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Mix well and garnish with green onions and serve with breads.
