How to Make Chilli Pork Recipe

Steps To Prepare


Cut the onions into squares and separate the layers.


Pressure cook the pork on low heat with onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies, star anise, salt and water for 45 mins.


Cut the cooked pork into small pieces.

Cooking Directions


Heat oil in a pan and add star anise, sliced pork and green chilies, onions, tomatoes, salt and soy sauce, cook and mix well.


Mix well and garnish with green onions and serve with breads.
