  • 20 gram ginger chopped
  • 10 gram garlic sliced
  • 300 gram Onions
  • 25 gram green chillies
  • 60 gram tomatoes diced
  • 20 gram vegetable oil
  • 2 piece 3 star anise
  • 25 gram soy sauce
  • 23 gram salt

How to Make Chilli Pork Recipe

STEP 01

Cut the onions into square shape and separate the layers

STEP 02

Pressure cook the pork on low heat with onions, ginger,garlic,green chilies, star anise, salt and water for 45 mins

STEP 03

Cut the cooked pork into small pieces

STEP 04

Heat oil in a pan and add star anise, sliced pork and green chilies, onions, tomatoes, salt and soy sauce, cook and mix well.

STEP 05

Mix well and garnish with green onions and serve with breads
