Ingredients for Chilli paneer Recipe

  • 50 g Pander
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1 Pieces Garlic
  • 1/4 Pieces Capcum
  • 1/4 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 Pieces Spring onion
  • 2.50 tbsp Oil

Directions: Chilli Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a wok on high heat, add the cooking oil and let it heat up..
  • STEP 2.The oil should be really hot when doing this as you will be stir frying the ingredients ..
  • STEP 3.Once the oil is hot, add the onion, capcum and stir continuously to prevent it burning..
  • STEP 4.Cook for a minute then add garlic.. Keep stirring and cook until brown.
  • STEP 5.Add chilli's. Add paneer cubs to the work..
  • STEP 6.Cook the paneer until it becomes brown.
  • STEP 7.Once paneer has browned salt , ketchup, soya sauce mix it well..
  • STEP 8.Finally add spring onion ..
  • STEP 9.Ready to serve ...
