Chilli Paneer Recipe

Recipe By Deepa Rupani
#paneer Chilli paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese delicacy which can be prepared in two ways -- with gravy and without gravy. Dry chilli paneer is served as starter/snack while chilli paneer gravy goes well with rice or noodles. Chilli paneer is a vegetarian version of Chilli Chicken. In typical Chilli Paneer recipe paneer cubes are coated with flours or batter and deep fried ,here I have pan fried and prepared the dry version. For gravy or semi dry version, add more water and increase quantity of sauces.
