  • 1/4 cup Soya Chunks
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1/4 Capsicum, Chopped
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the soya chunks in water until they become soft and drain the water.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies.
  • STEP 3.Once the onions turn golden brown, add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 5.Add the boiled soya chunks and capsicum, and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve the Chilli nutrela hot with rice or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • Squeeze out the excess water from the boiled soya chunks before adding them to the gravy.
  • You can add other vegetables like carrots or peas for added nutrition.
  • Adjust the spice levels according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
