  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • 1.75 Lic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 Green Chilies, Sliced
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper, Sliced

  • 1/2 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cornstarch

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and slice the mushrooms. In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Dip the mushroom slices in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pan, heat oil and saut茅 onions, garlic, and green chilies until they turn translucent. Add sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, vinegar, chili paste, and cornstarch. Add this sauce to the pan and cook until it thickens. Add the fried mushrooms and toss well to coat them in the sauce.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with spring onions and serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
