  • 1/4 cup Water

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the hamour fish fillets with turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the marinated fish fillets until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.
