  • 250 gram Boneless Chicken, Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1.50 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1.75 En Chilies, Slit
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as per your need Spring Onions, For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, and cornflour. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add chopped onions, bell peppers, and green chilies. Stir-fry until they are slightly cooked.
  • STEP 4.Add the fried chicken back to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
  • STEP 5.In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and water. Pour this mixture into the pan and stir well.
  • STEP 6.Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
