  • 50 g Boneless chicken
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion sliced
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato sliced
  • 1/4 Pieces Capsicum sliced
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger garlic green chilli paste
  • As Required Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • As Required Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Tomato sauce
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Refined oil
  • As Required Refined Oil for toasting
  • 1/4 Cup All purpose flour
  • As Required Wheat flour
  • 1 Pieces Egg

Directions: Chilli chicken roll#ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take allpurpose flour, wheat flour a pinch of salt and one tsp refined oil, mix nicely, add little little water and make a smooth dough.cover it.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil add ginger garlic green chilli paste, saute for few seconds, then add onion, tomato, capsicum saute for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add chicken (1 inch cut), turmeric powder kashmiri red chilli powder and salt(according to your taste).
  • STEP 4.Mix well cover and cook on a low flame for 1 minute.add little water,again cover and cook until the chicken is done.
  • STEP 5.Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and saute for 1 minute. Add garam masala mix well.
  • STEP 6.Turn off the gas flame.
  • STEP 7.Now make 4 chapatis and beat an egg with a pinch of salt and keep at the ready.
  • STEP 8.Heat a tawa over a medium flame and place a chapati on it. Toast each side of chapati with little refined oil till light golden brown spots appear on both sides.Once the Parathas completely cooked spread the beaten egg over it. Before it settles turn over to fry the side with the egg. Transfer it to the assembly station. With the egg side facing up.
  • STEP 9.Now on a hot chapati arrange some cooked chicken mix in a row. Add sliced onion, cucumber and carrot.
  • STEP 10.Roll the chapati and wrap one half of the roll with food wrap pepper.
  • STEP 11.Repeat the process to make chilli chicken roll with rest of the chapati and chicken mix.
  • STEP 12.Serve hot with tomato sauce and green chilli sauce.
