Ingredients for Chilli Chicken #ChickenRecipes. #FEM5K Recipe

  • 116.67 gms boneless Chicken (diced)
  • 0.33 g Egg (slightly beaten)
  • 0.17 cup Cornflour
  • 0.17 tsp Garlic paste
  • 0.17 tsp Ginger paste
  • 0.33 tbsp Salt
  • 0.33 Cups oil (to deep fry)
  • 0.67 A Few Onions sliced
  • 0.67 tsp Green chillies
  • 0.33 tbsp dark Soy sauce
  • 0.67 tbsp Vinegar
  • A Few Capsicum

Directions: Chilli Chicken #ChickenRecipes. #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.Mix together the chicken, egg, cornflour, ginger and garlic paste, 2 tsp salt, and enough water so that the chicken pieces are coated with the batter. Leave this for about 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok or a pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces over high heat to begin with and then lower the flame. Fry until the chicken is cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper.
  • STEP 3.Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a wok, add onions and capsicum and stir-fry over high heat until they are translucent
  • STEP 4.Add the green chillies and saute for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and the deep-fried chicken, and toss well.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot, garnished with the green chillies.
