  • 100 g chicken
  • 4 Pieces capsicums
  • 4 Pieces onions
  • 6 Pieces garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon chilli powder
  • 1 Tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato sauce

  • STEP 1.At first I paste ginger and garlic paste. Then I fried chicken pieces and took it out then I fried capsicums and onions and added the chicken pieces,soya sauce,tomato sauce,ginger and garlic paste, 2tablespoon salt,1/2 tablespoon turmeric and cooked it for 3/4 minutes then I added 2 cup of water and left it for 4/5minutes when some water dried then I switch off the gas and setved it with fried rice.
