Chilli Chicken is very popular dish. I made it with fried rice but I don't gave fried rice recipe, I gave only chilli chicken recipe. I hope U like it. 2
STEP 1.At first I paste ginger & garlic. Then I fried the chicken pieces, then I gave onion pieces & capsicum pieces in the pot & fried it then I added the chicken fried pieces, ginger & garlic paste, 1tablespoon salt, 1/2table spoon turmeric, 2tablespoon soya sauce, 2tablespoon tamato sauce & cooked it 3/4 minutes. Then I added 2cup of water & left it 4/5 minutes. When some water dried up, then I switch off the gas&served it with fried rice.
