  • 12 gram cornflour
  • As required FOR BREADING THE CHICKEN
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • As required FOR THE SAUCE
  • 20 gram vegetable oil
  • 2 piece dried red chillies
  • 75 gram onions squares
  • 50 gram capsicum squares
  • 5 gram ginger chopped
  • 5 gram garlic chopped
  • 10 gram green chillies
  • 8 gram light soy sauce
  • 10 gram Vinegar
  • 20 gram tomato ketchup
  • 15 gram red chilli sauce
  • 75 gram chicken stock
  • 1 pinch Msg
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 20 gram Sugar
  • 200 gram oil for frying

How to Make Chilli Chicken Recipe

STEP 01

Cut and wash the chicken and marinate it with eggs, soya sauce,crushed black pepper,crushed ginger garlic with salt,baking soda, cornflour

STEP 02

Prepare the sauce with dark soy sauce,light soy sauce,vinegar,tomato ketchup,red chili sauce, black pepper powder, salt,msg and chicken stock water

STEP 03

Prepare a solution with cornflour and water and coat the chicken with flour, cornflour,salt and baking soda

STEP 04

Add the chicken and coat well

STEP 05

Deep fry the chicken and set aside

STEP 06

Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add dried red chilies,onions and capsicum

STEP 07

Add sugar,green chilies and ginger , fry well. Add the sauce prepared and mix well

STEP 08

Add the cornflour solution and mix well. Add fried chicken, chili oil and spring onions (optional)
