  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

  • 2 Boiled Potatoes, Mashed
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese
  • 12 Spring Roll Wrappers
  • as required Oil For Deep Frying

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • STEP 2.Add onions, bell peppers, and green chillies. Cook until they are slightly softened.
  • STEP 3.Add garlic paste, ginger paste, and spices. Stir well.
  • STEP 4.Add boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add grated cheese and mix until well combined.
  • STEP 6.Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
  • STEP 7.Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
  • STEP 8.Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
  • STEP 9.Seal the edges with water.
  • STEP 10.Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer.
  • STEP 11.Deep-fry the rolls until golden and crispy.
  • STEP 12.Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
  • STEP 13.Serve hot with ketchup or any dip of your choice.
