STEP 2.Take a bowl and add leftover rice, leftover chana dal, soaked poha, some breadcrumbs, ginger garlic and chilli paste,one chopped onion,salt,red chilli powder, black salt, amchur powder ,haldi, dhaniya powder and some fresh coriander and mix it well and make the shape of the cutlet out of this mixture and Take a pan and brush it with oil and cook it from both the side and enjoy 🙂
STEP 3.It is a healthy recipe because we are not deep frying or shallow frying it we are just cooking it in a little oil only and it is made up of chana dal and rice which are healthy.
