#Paneer - This is a vegetarian version of the very popular restaurant style Chili Garlic Prawns. So if you are looking for a super quick side dish that is very easy to prepare and yummy at the same time, then you need to try out my version of this Chili Garlic Paneer. This stir fry dish pairs well with Chinese fried rice or noodles. You can adjust the seasonings and the sauces accordingly.

Ingredients for Chili Garlic Paneer Recipe

  • 66.67 g ms. paneer cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.67 Tsp corn flour
  • 0.67 Tbsp chopped garlic cloves
  • 0.67 Pieces chopped green chilies
  • 0.33 Pieces cubed small onion
  • 0.33 Cup Cubed bell peppers
  • 0.33 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • 0.33 Tbsp red chili sauce
  • 0.33 Tbsp green chili sauce
  • 0.33 Tbsp soy sauce
  • A Pinch pinch of salt
  • 0.08 Tsp pepper powder
  • 0.08 Tsp red chili flakes
  • 0.33 Tbsp chopped spring onions green

Directions: Chili Garlic Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1. In a small bowl, mix together all the sauces and keep aside. Coat the paneer with 1 tsp. corn flour, a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • STEP 2. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a wok and sauté the paneer till light brown. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3. Heat remaining oil and stir fry the green chilies and garlic for a minute on high heat.
  • STEP 4. Now add the cubed onion and the bell peppers. Sauté for 2 minutes. Then add all the sauces and a pinch of salt. Sauté for a minute more.
  • STEP 5. Add the sautéed paneer and give it a stir. When done, switch off the flame and garnish with chopped spring onion, red chili flakes and pepper powder
  • STEP 6.
  • STEP 7. Serve with Chinese fried rice or noodles for a restaurant style meal at home.
