  • 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 No.s medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 No.s red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 450 gram ground beef
  • 3 tablespoon McCormick® Chili Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon corn starch
  • 450 gram american cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 450 gram diced tomato, strained
  • 225 gram diced green chiles, strained
  • 1 bunch scallion, sliced
  • 1 bag corn chips

step 1

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add onions and red bell pepper to it.

  • STEP 1.Saute for a minute and add ground beef, chilli seasoning and mix well.

step 3

  • STEP 1.In a pot cook milk and heavy cream and combine them with cornstarch paste, cheese, salt, canned tomatoes and chillies.
