How to Make Chile Piquin Salsa Recipe

STEP 01

Wash the tomatoes and make a criss cross cut on the bottom of the tomatoes

Place on a hot skillet to roast

Roast both sides

Add the serrano peppers in the skillet and roast

Add onion and garlic,roast them

Remove the garlic and onions

Remove serrano and tomatoes

Let them cool

Remove the skins

Grind until smooth

In a mojaculate add the dried chilies and grind into a powder

Add the roasted serrano pepper and grind

STEP 13

Add the tomatoes one by one

STEP 14

Mash them up

STEP 15

Stirr and combine

Add the roasted onion and garlic

Mix well and serve
