  • 2 tablespoon chile piquin
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon Water

Directions: Chile Piquin Salsa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the tomatoes and make a criss cross cut on the bottom of the tomatoes

  • STEP 2.Place on a hot skillet to roast

  • STEP 3.Roast both sides

  • STEP 4.Add the serrano peppers in the skillet and roast

  • STEP 5.Add onion and garlic,roast them

step 6

  • STEP 6.Remove the garlic and onions

step 7

  • STEP 7.Remove serrano and tomatoes

  • STEP 8.Let them cool

  • STEP 9.Remove the skins

  • STEP 10.Grind until smooth

  • STEP 11.In a mojaculate add the dried chilies and grind into a powder

  • STEP 12.Add the roasted serrano pepper and grind

  • STEP 13.Add the tomatoes one by one

  • STEP 14.Mash them up

step 15

  • STEP 15.Stirr and combine

  • STEP 16.Add the roasted onion and garlic

  • STEP 17.Mix well and serve
