Add onion and garlic in the skillet
Cook for 2 mins
Remove from the skillet until ready to use
In a skillet add oil
Add dried chile de arbol
Transfer it in a blender and add the tomato mix as well
Blend until smooth
Serve and enjoy in a salsa bowl
