  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 8 Egg
  • As required Salt
  • As required Toppings

Directions: Chilaquiles Verdes Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat a skillet with oil, add tortillas one by one and fry from both the sides until it turns golden. St aside and add some salt.
  • STEP 2.In a pan add the tortillas and gentle toss with sala verde and cook for 3 minutes
  • STEP 3.In separate pan fry the egg and To plate add chilaquiles and top with eggs, queso fresco,onion,sour cream and cilantro
