Ingredients for Chidawa Ke Pede Recipe

  • 400 gram Mawa
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 1/2 glass Milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon Pistachios

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Chop the pistachios and grind the cardamom into a fine powder.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Add mawa and milk to a pot and cook by stirring it continuously for about 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Next, add sugar and stir to mix it well with the mawa and milk mixture.
  • STEP 3.Next, whisk the mixture well with a hand whisk and let it rest for about 2 hours.
  • STEP 4.Make small-sized balls out of the mixture and press the center with your thumb and index finger.
  • STEP 5.Finish with pistachios and cardamom powder.
