How to Make Chickpea Spinach Shaak Recipe

STEP 01

Start with segregating the leaves from the stems.

STEP 02

Wash the sheets and then chop them into small pieces.

STEP 03

In a bowl add ½ wheat flour and add water make a slurpy.

STEP 04

Roughly chopped ginger

STEP 05

Start with heating 1-2 cups of water in a kadai, add 15-20 green chili in the water.

STEP 06

Then add the chickpea spinach and add salt to taste and give it a good mix.

STEP 07

Cover it for at least 10 mins.

STEP 08

After 10 mins you will realize the water is evaporating.

STEP 09

Keep mixing them occasionally.

STEP 10

Add the flour slurpy into the mixture.

STEP 11

And mix them thoroughly, keep mixing it until it thickens.

STEP 12

And your chickpea spinach is ready.

STEP 13

Now take a kadai and heat 4-5tbsp cooking oil, add roughly chopped ginger.

STEP 14

And pour the chickpea mixture into the kadai. And mix them thoroughly.

STEP 15

Your healthy chickpea spinach is ready.
