  • As required Cooking Oil
  • As required Salt
  • As required Chickpea spinach
  • As required Wheat flour
  • 15-20 green chili
  • 100 gram Ginger

Directions: Chickpea Spinach Shaak Recipe

  • STEP 1.Start with segregating the leaves from the stems.

  • STEP 2.Wash the sheets and then chop them into small pieces.

  • STEP 3.In a bowl add ½ wheat flour and add water make a slurpy.

  • STEP 4.Roughly chopped ginger

  • STEP 5.Start with heating 1-2 cups of water in a kadai, add 15-20 green chili in the water.

  • STEP 6.Then add the chickpea spinach and add salt to taste and give it a good mix.

  • STEP 7.Cover it for at least 10 mins.

  • STEP 8.After 10 mins you will realize the water is evaporating.

  • STEP 9.Keep mixing them occasionally.

  • STEP 10.Add the flour slurpy into the mixture.

  • STEP 11.And mix them thoroughly, keep mixing it until it thickens.

  • STEP 12.And your chickpea spinach is ready.

  • STEP 13.Now take a kadai and heat 4-5tbsp cooking oil, add roughly chopped ginger.

  • STEP 14.And pour the chickpea mixture into the kadai. And mix them thoroughly.

  • STEP 15.Your healthy chickpea spinach is ready.
