Ingredients for Chickpea Nuggets Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Boiled chickpea
  • 1/4 g reen chilli's
  • 0.13 inch Ginger
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.38 tbsp 3-4 tbsp
  • 0.06 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Dry mango powder
  • 0.03 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.06 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.13 tsp Fennel seeds
  • handful Fresh coriander
  • 0.03 cup Bread crumbs
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/4 tbsp 2-3 tbsp

Directions: Chickpea Nuggets Recipe

  • STEP 1.First in a grinder jar add boiled chickpeas along with green chilli, ginger and grind it to coarse paste.
  • STEP 2.Take off tne mixture in a mixing bowl.Now add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, fresh coriander, fennel seeds, dry mango powder,gram flour and mix everything well until well combined.
  • STEP 3.Now take some portion of mixture on your palm and give it a desire shape to make nuggets.make all nuggets similarly.
  • STEP 4.Now make slurry of plain flour using water and dip each nugget with it then and coat them with bread crumbs.
  • STEP 5.Meanwhile heat oil in a wok on medium heat and fry all nuggets until nice golden n crispy.
  • STEP 6.Healthy delicious chickpeas nuggets is ready. serve with any kind of dip as per your choice.
