0.33 Tbsp Refined flour
0.33 Tsp Rice flour
A Pinch Turmeric powder
0.67 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
0.67 Tsp 65masala
As Required Refined oil
To Taste Salt
A Few Drops Lemon juice

STEP 1.65 masala:-1 tablespoon coriander seeds,1 and half teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds, 5 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 1 star anise(dry roast and grind) make a fine powder.
Marinate chicken pieces(1 and half inch cut) with lemon juice(3-4drops),ginger garlic paste,little turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder (for colour), refined flour, corn flour, rice flour, 65 masala, egg, salt according to your taste for 15 minutes.
Deep fry chicken in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
