Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
  • STEP 3.Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the wontons for about 5 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer. Add sliced mushrooms and bok choy, and cook for a few minutes until tender.
