Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  • STEP 2.Add the chicken wings to the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the wings from the marinade and shake off any excess.
