  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and tikka masala spice blend. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 2.Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken until cooked through and slightly charred, about 4-5 minutes per side.
