  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1/4 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder

  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 cup Cream
  • 1/4 tablespoon Kasuri Methi

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 2.Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. Grill or bake the marinated chicken until cooked through and slightly charred.
  • STEP 3.In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Cook the sauce for 5-7 minutes until the oil separates.
  • STEP 5.Add the grilled chicken pieces to the sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Stir in cream and kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves).
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan bread.

  • Marinating the chicken for a longer time enhances the flavor and tenderness.
  • If you don't have a grill, you can also cook the chicken in a skillet or broil it in the oven.
