  • 1/4 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, mix together tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Add this mixture to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add water as needed to adjust the consistency of the gravy. Cover the pan and let the chicken cook on low heat until it is tender and the flavors are well blended.
