STEP 1.Wash the chicken. Marinate with salt and tamarind pulp for 15 minutes. Now heat the oil. Add the vegetables in it. Deep fry them and keep them aside. Now add ginger paste in it. Add sliced tomato. Add the spices including salt. Toss it. Add the marinated chicken. Add hot water. Cook in low flame. Add the fried veggies. When the chicken and veggies are tender , switch off the flame. Serve hot with rice.
