Ingredients for Chicken tangy Recipe

  • 250 gms Chicken
  • 1 pieces Potato
  • 2.50 pieces Raw papaya
  • 2 pieces Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • As Required salt tastewise
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1.50 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 pieces Tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mustard oil
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind pulp

Directions: Chicken Tangy Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the chicken. Marinate with salt and tamarind pulp for 15 minutes. Now heat the oil. Add the vegetables in it. Deep fry them and keep them aside. Now add ginger paste in it. Add sliced tomato. Add the spices including salt. Toss it. Add the marinated chicken. Add hot water. Cook in low flame. Add the fried veggies. When the chicken and veggies are tender , switch off the flame. Serve hot with rice.
