  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Cloves
  • 1/4 stick Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Slit
  • as required A Handful Of Curry Leaves
  • as needed Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add the marinated chicken and cook until it is well-browned.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and curry leaves. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the chicken is cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Finally, sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
  • Adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
