  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add minced chicken, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
  • STEP 3.Divide the paratha dough into small balls and roll them out into circles. Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center and seal the edges.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the stuffed parathas on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney.
