  • 87.50 gram Boneless chicken
  • 0.13 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 0.06 cup Chopped potato
  • 2 Pieces Cashew
  • 1/4 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 Pieces Garlic
  • 0.13 inch Ginger
  • 1 Pieces 4 to 5 green chilli
  • 0.06 cup Fresh coriander
  • 0.13 tsp Stone flower
  • 1/4 Pieces Cinnamon
  • 3/4 Pieces Cloves
  • 1 Pieces White Pepper
  • 1/4 Pieces 1 black cardamom
  • 1 Pieces Green cardamoms
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 0.13 tsp All Spice powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice
  • To Taste salt as per taste
  • 0.38 tbsp roasted gram flour
  • 0.38 tbsp Hot desi ghee
  • 1/4 Tbsp For Sauce, oil
  • 0.13 cup Melted butter
  • 0.06 cup Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 0.06 cup Tomato paste
  • 1/4 Pieces strings thyme
  • 0.13 tsp Dry basil
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice

Directions: Chicken Slice Cake With Chilli Butter Sauce Recipe

  • STEP 1.Dry roast the white pepper, stone flower cinnamon, cumin, cashew, sesame, cloves, black and green cardamom transfer in blender and make fine powder
  • STEP 2.Add green chilli, coriander, ginger, garlic and make fine paste
  • STEP 3.Fine grind the boneless chicken with onion and potato add the grind paste, salt, all spice powder, lemon juice, gram flour and blend again for 1 or 2 round till all nicely mixed
  • STEP 4.Add hot desi ghee in this, and mix
  • STEP 5.Now burn the coal, arrange a bowl over the chicken mixture and put the burning coal in bowl, sprinkle remaning all spice powder and pour desi ghee over it and immediately close the lid for 15 to 20 mins to incorporate the smoke nicely in chicken mixture
  • STEP 6.Now transfer the mixture in already greased baking dish cover this with foil and place the dish in another big dish with 2 cup water and bake this in preheated oven for 35 to 40 mins in at 160 to 170 or till done
  • STEP 7.For sauce, * Heat oil in pan add garlic, thyme, coriander and stir
  • STEP 8.Now add butter, red chilli, kashmiri mirch powder and saute
  • STEP 9.Add tomato puree and salt and mix add 1/4 cup hot water and cook on low flame
  • STEP 10.Finally add dry basil and lemon juice, mix well and Keep aside
  • STEP 11.When Chicken Cake done and hot, pour the Butter chilli sauce over it, garnish with lemon wedges and coriander, serve and enjoy "Chicken Cake With Chilli Butter Sauce"
  • STEP 12.Now cut in slice and serve as burger patties or eat with chutney
