  • 0.17 Onion, Diced
  • 0.33 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180���C.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
  • STEP 4.Add the silverbeet and cook until wilted.
  • STEP 5.Return the chicken to the pan and stir in the feta cheese.
  • STEP 6.In a separate saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
  • STEP 8.Spread a layer of the white sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Top with lasagne sheets, chicken mixture, and more white sauce. Repeat the layers.
  • STEP 9.Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • STEP 10.Allow the lasagne to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • STEP 11.Serve and enjoy!
