  • 1/2 cup White flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.17 tbsp Yeast
  • 0.17 tsp Sugar
  • 0.17 pieces Egg
  • 0.08 cup Milk
  • as required water
  • as required Chicken
  • 0.08 kg Chicken boneless
  • 0.08 cup Yogurt
  • 0.08 cup Salt
  • 0.08 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.08 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.17 g Ginger garlic chopped
  • 0.17 tsp Tandoori masala
  • 0.17 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.33 tbsp Oil
  • as required Salad
  • 0.17 cup Sliced cabbage
  • 0.08 cup Sliced capsicum
  • 0.08 cup Sliced onion
  • 0.17 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/25 tsp Black salt
  • as required Tahini sauce
  • 0.08 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.17 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 0.83 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 0.17 tsp Vinegar
  • 0.17 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/25 tsp Salt
  • 0.08 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/25 tsp Oregano

Directions: Chicken Shawarma Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take 1 tbsp yeast and add 1/4 cup water and cover it and let it ferment.
  • STEP 2.In another bowl take all the ingredients of dough and mix well. Add the yeast mixture to it and make a soft dough and cover and keep it for 1/2 an hour.
  • STEP 3.Marinate the chicken with all spices and cover and keep aside
  • STEP 4.In a pan add some oil and add cumin seeds, and then add marinated chicken and cook the chicken till completely dry.
  • STEP 5.Mix all ingredients of salad in a bowl and keep aside.
  • STEP 6.Take dough and make small rolls like chapati and roast it on tava nicely from both sides and ur pita bread is ready.
  • STEP 7.In a bowl mix all ingredients of tahini sauce.
  • STEP 8.Take one pita bread and apply tahini sauce, then add chicken, then salad and make a roll and put a toothpick around and serve hot.
