STEP 1.In a bowl take 1 tbsp yeast and add 1/4 cup water and cover it and let it ferment.
STEP 2.In another bowl take all the ingredients of dough and mix well. Add the yeast mixture to it and make a soft dough and cover and keep it for 1/2 an hour.
STEP 3.Marinate the chicken with all spices and cover and keep aside
STEP 4.In a pan add some oil and add cumin seeds, and then add marinated chicken and cook the chicken till completely dry.
STEP 5.Mix all ingredients of salad in a bowl and keep aside.
STEP 6.Take dough and make small rolls like chapati and roast it on tava nicely from both sides and ur pita bread is ready.
STEP 7.In a bowl mix all ingredients of tahini sauce.
STEP 8.Take one pita bread and apply tahini sauce, then add chicken, then salad and make a roll and put a toothpick around and serve hot.
