37.50 g Chicken keema
3/4 Tsp Boiled onion paste
As Required Ginger garlic and green chilli paste
1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
1/4 As Required Cumin powder
As Required Garam masala powder
1/4 Tsp Lemon juice
As Required Clarified butter
To Taste Salt
A Pinch Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp Chopped coriander leaves
1 Tsp Bread crumbs
1/4 Pieces Egg

In a mixing bowl add chicken,lemon juice, onion, ginger garlic green chilli paste, coriander powder, half teaspoon cumin powder, half teaspoon garam masala powder, egg, coriander leaves, breadcrumbs, salt to taste and half teaspoon clarified butter and gently mixing with the help of your fingers.
Do not over mix.leave it for 10 minutes.
Take 1 skewer at a time from the water you soaked them in. And skewer the meat.
Gently press the meat with the help of your gingers and give it a cylindrical shape all around the skewer. Set aside.
Repeat this step.
Brush clarified butter on grill pan and set it over medium heat.
Place the skewered meat along with the skewers on pan and cook until golden on all sides.
Rotate then from time to time so that all the sides get cooked properly.
Serve hot with onion rings and mint chutney.
